John Stupak

Mr. Stupak is President of Sequel Care and has over 25 years experience in the human services field. Before joining Sequel, John worked for NHS Human Services, a large and diversified provider of behavioral health and human services. While at NHS, Mr. Stupak coordinated the company’s business development activities and strategy for new business. Mr. Stupak graduated from Temple University with a Master’s Degree from the School of Social Administration with a concentration in planning, research, and evaluation.

Judy Seals
Executive Director
SequelCare of Iowa
Ms. Seals, Executive Director of SequelCare of Iowa started her career in the human services field over 20 years ago. Prior to joining Sequel Youth and Family Services in 2000, Ms Seals worked for Polk County Detention in the Centralized Intake Center. As the Community Liaison for the Intake Center; Ms. Seals was responsible for developing an assessment and referral process to meet the needs of juveniles coming into contact with law enforcement agencies with the goal of connecting these youth to community-based services.

Dale Chadwick
Executive Director
SequelCare of Florida
Ms. Chadwick is the Executive Director of SequelCare of Florida and has over 25 years experience in the human services field in all sectors. Before joining SequelCare Dale worked for several state and private-sector mental health agencies including: Deputy Assistant Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Executive Director for the largest substance abuse program in Massachusetts, Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of ValueOptions of Arkansas and was appointed by the Federal Government to the Commission to address mental health, addiction and access. Originally from New York City, Ms. Chadwick graduated from Boston University with her MBA.
